With flowers in our hair ♫

As of today we have four months under the belt in our new city already! We've been busy securing jobs, ordering school books, exploring the area and finding spots for our pups to feel comfortable going potty (quite a job when there is a limited amount of grassy areas!).

Our first weekend jaunt was off to Lake Tahoe for some skiing/snowboarding! We had a beautiful mid-April weekend, and at the end of the day we were able to enjoy a walk on the beach. I never knew there was truth behind the statement that in California we could see the snowy mountains and the sandy beach all in one day!





















In June we celebrated our one year wedding anniversay already! Mike suprised me with a night away in Napa Valley and an afternoon of wine tasting in the beautiful countryside. It is so amazing to live amongst this geographic diversity and to have these wonderful places so nearby to us.




We have seen a lot of change in the first year of our marriage: two moves, new jobs, school applications and our second little dog. It has been a year of self-reflection for both of us and we are so fortunate to be moving in the direction of our goals and dreams, together. We love San Francisco and feel as though it is a perfect fit for us at this stage of our lives. Please come visit!
